Working from sun-up until evening, wife and husband team Sarah and Errol Flynn craft everything you would expect to find in a quality bakery from scratch each day.
Sarah Flynn was trained in Germany as pastry baker and graduated from culinary trade school cologne in 2001.
Almost all recipes are traditional German or are heirloom family recipes from Sarah's Mother and Grandmother such as the traditional Butter Cake.
The cozy exclusive atmosphere invites guest young and old to stay and enjoy their treats. A very popular spot, you will see after-service church fly-fishermen and tourist mingling over espresso and savories. surrounded by artisan chocolates, local honey and myriad framed vintage advertisements that are the icing on the cake. - Visitors Guide 2016
